Church Integration

Integrate our Outcome-Driven Disciples' Development into your Church/Ministry Member Programs

Though a popular meeting of a community of people called out by God, an assembly or congregation of Christians, the Church [ekklesia in Greek], literally, is a political assembly of Citizens of Heaven gathered to discuss/debate Kingdom governance. In other words, the Church is God's governing Body on earth. The church like any other organism or organization is a system of people, processes, and procedures. As a system, it is a group of interacting or interrelated entities and persons that form a unified whole, which is described by its spatial and temporal boundaries, surrounded and influenced by its internal and external environments, characterized by its structure and purpose, and expressed in its functioning.

Systems, especially organizational systems start-up and develop and grow and survive and die or decline. They can be single-standing systems or sub-systems of a larger system. The Church is one Large System (body-of-Christ) made up of sub-systems (microcosms of the Larger Church) of Godly people interacting in limitless-space and temporary-time (believers) to exercise Godly authority and power (God's word) by utilizing Godly structures and processes (the church organization) to accomplish Godly Life on earth (sicklessness, sinlessness, and deathlessness) for all humans.

Every local church regardless of membership-size and location is a microcosm of the Church, encapsulating in miniature the characteristic qualities; structure, operations, and function of the Larger Church; which is Heaven's Embassy or Consulate-General on Earth. Advancement and sustainability for every local church organization, as a divine-center for reconciliation (2Co 5:18-19), should begin and follow a four-part development plan/model:

  1. Develop God's people: as disciples and through effective result-oriented discipleship (Mat 28:18-20, Mark 16:16-18) so they can
  2. Exercise God's authority in the knowledge of His Word (Luk 10:2-9 & 19, 2Cor 4:6-7, Eph 4:11) by
  3. Utilize God's divine ministry-organizational structure for proper functioning and development of saints (1Cor 12:28), in order to
  4. Accomplish and distribute God's Divine Life [of sicklessness, sinlessness, and deathlessness] in the atoning power of Jesus Christ (1Pet 2:24).

Your church can easily integrate our believers' and church spiritual-life development curriculum, strategy, and programs into your church growth plans for the sake of advancing the Kingdom of God on earth, properly. So that as we teach and speak and live "the truth in love, [we] may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ the Messiah—from whom the whole body [the church and all its parts], joined and knit [connected] together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share [functions properly and], causes growth of the body for the edifying [building up] of itself in love" (Eph 4:15-16).

Whether you are a 10 or 10,000 member-church, if your church-body is not set up to provide reconciliatory (1Pet 2:24) services to your community, then you must re-purpose. If your ministry-organizational-structures (1Cor 12:28) are not set up to support members' daily manifestation of God's seven-behavioral-spirits (of Truth, Holiness, Faith, Wisdom, Power, Grace, and Glory), but rather struggle with the seven-contrary-spirits (of Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamos, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea), then you must re-strategize. We can start today if you want to improve your skills and ability to produce good-works (2Ti 3:17). Send us an email, call or request our service, so your church can begin integrating our programs into your:
